19:3765585Alway`s noting Howard`s pleasant comment`s toward`s Sue`s colourful range of hat`s, are there any other ladies on here who wear hat`s at anytime, and if not why not? And on the same subject, I`ve noticed since day one of the market starting on a Saturday in the Market Square, one stall always has a very large selection of men`s hat`s, though I don`t see many male`s wearing hat`s. Do any males on here wear hats, and if not why not? Remember those pre-war picture`s of football matches for example of a sea of hats among the spectator`s, and after the last war, it just dropped out of fashion. Unhealthy perhaps in this modern age to ever take off again? If they did come back into fashion, would we all follow?

19:5465589I'm not normally a hat person; I always look silly in a hat. I leave it to Sue who can carry it off with style.
I had to have a rethink when it comes to my doing my 'Victorian Lady' bit I have no choice because Victorian ladies always wore hats. I made both of these myself.

19:5565590I love hats but they don't love me. I am stuck with the full face balaclava I am forced to wear so that I don't frighten the horses.............

20:1465612you can be such a crawler sid, i remember michael howard visiting a sikh temple in ilford trying to squeeze votes in a marginal.
dressed up in all the regalia, the sikhs behind him were practically wetting themselves with laughter.

20:2165616Bern, he is a friend of mine who always dresses up at the Kensal Green cemetery open day. He was taking a breather and the couple beside him were doing their best to ignore him. I just saw it and.....click!
Now that's more like it Sid!
