The excessive number of tickets (rather pointlessly) issued to this clearly abandoned or stolen car may simply be the result of an attendant or two trying to reach their alloted minimal quota.

Well there we are...just as the call for the police went out, here they are on the case in prompt style, sorting it all out. The pic was taken yesterday, the car is still in situ. But moves are afoot.
