The pictures above were much wider angled than that, but I had to crop them to make them smaller to place on here. Any other way round it? Ta.

The cruise ship Howard is the `REGATTA`, but I couldn`t make out the name on the yacht I`m afraid.

Thanks Colin, I saw the vessel but didn't get down to see it. I do wonder if it is the same one that was down last summer ?
Been nice knowing you :)

This mornings visitor was the Dutch sail training vessel "Morgenster."

The Dutch three masted sail training vessel which Colin photographed on March 29th was the "Eendracht."

Nothing to do with this post really, but just tried my humble zoom out on this vessel passing in the channel this morning for when the Queen Mary returns.

Nothing to do with the thread either but this passed this afternoon - the Rambiz
The Rambiz has a lifting capacity of 3.300 tons and is suitable for platform installation and removal, wreckage removal and other special heavy lifting tasks.
Both cranes reach to a lift height of 90 meters. The vessel is fully certified for ocean passage with the cranes fully erected.

That`s some vessel you caught there Paul, and I read your notes, but despite that, I wouldn`t fancy being up one of those cranes in a rolling sea. I took the above image of a ship arriving in the Western entrance this afternoon, but with the haze, I couldn`t make out the name, so maybe Ed might know.

I`ve just opened an email from the Ship`s monthly editor regarding the images I sent of the above yacht, which PaulB kindly put on the front page the other day, and while they haven`t been accepted, the important thing is they haven`t been rejected, as usually happens from publisher`s when they`re not interested in picture`s for reasons of poor quality or lack of appeal. Not just for me, but I`d be grateful for this forum if any were published. Thanks for the info Ed regarding the vessel`s name and useage.

I spotted this craft from the sea front last weekend, but went up the POW pier today to view it. Anyone know what its doing?
