    Sorry but I just think that the Dover public did not want to go down to see the T.V. when you can see the same thing in your own homes maybe by a fireif you were cold,why would you want to go out down the town and sit outside in the cold and after find yourway back home, I am sorry to say it will not be a hit even in the year of 2012 that is the year it was put there for and the events of that year, I do hope I am wrong and that it takes off but that will not be the case at this time of the year, i said it before close it down till the summer time and try again if still it does not take off move it to one of the parks,do not have it on 24/7 but when you do make it into a events with other one mix them up and it just might make it, but big a big if.You must face things head on, I have in the pass it has not always worked out if I had a change again I would have a go again knowing more about it now.And it is the same with the big T.V. this way did not work out so look at it again in a new light, I have ways I think it would work but the D.D.C. will make me the last person to see.
