Little Egret
- 15 March 2009 14:2617427Rumour has it that our Barton Path egret has suffered a broken leg. It's hard to think how this could have happened by accident. Does anyone know any more about this?

The ducks are well into nesting now and I hope to have some nice photos for the forum later.
I hate this time of the year for the poor river wildlife, no sooner do the eggs hatch and the chicks are soon polished off by the seagulls and the dogs let off their leads to run amock in the river.
Very Very annoying.

just sat and stared at them until they swore and left.
great fun plus the bonus of the ducks, moorhens and others surviving another day.
