01:2672541I don't know a lot of the details of the recent history in tryng to clean up The Dour, but it has always struck me that someone (DDC mainly) is missing a big opportunity with the fishing rights - chalkstream fishing for brown trout is a very lucrative enterpise in other southern counties, why not here as a regulated attraction instead of a blanket ban that is ignored by those who don't care?
