our council chairman was in conversation with these two ladies and sadly i did not write down their names, hopefully susan will enlighten us?
tried to get a short of the ladies that done all the catering, endlessly replenishing the buffet and always with a pleasant demeanour.
just two finally gave in to my pleadings.

Jean and I were due to go to this too and were looking forward to it, sadly I had to send apologies, but not till about 4.30 this afternoon.
Looks like a good day; can someone enlighten us to the new services and facilities on offer there ?

Wish I could say yes she is Howard, sadly not. I don't know the answer, but the problems are getting her (both of us) down.

Thats not me on the cover of the brochure folks.
The giveaway is no hat, Sue!! It is great to hear about the developments at Riverside - Age UK is a fab organisation that does a great deal of good, decent work for elders, and therefore also for the community, as elders are, or should be, at the heart of the community. So a Hurrah for this.

Extra pictures now on the frontpage showing some of the familiar faces and trustees of the Riverside Centre. Had a gremlin earlier in my system but have at last managed to get it up and running fully. The centre was great last night. That was the first time I had ever been there so was delighted to see it, to see how it works and to see how friendly everybody was...my daughter Briony now in year 4 medical did some med work there previously over several days and they remembered her well and fondly which was nice.
