    Well Howard, when bags are left out for a week what can you expect. My domestic rubbish was cleared at about 14.00 today but the blue bag and black box remained uncollected. I shall be knee deep in gin botttles and copies of old newspapers.

    Can't someone from DDC or SITA admit "We got it wrong"
