The Gov...
If you cannot have opposite opinions....then a Forum is not worth while....
I ....personally, who love Dover...its History, wonderful scenery......freedom of space.......etc.........and understand everything has to change with the passing of time.............
Thus....totally fed up and disenchanted with the constant groaning and moaning.....
Vic Matcham......has moaned and groaned about Dover constantly....moving up to Scotland...moving here there and everywhere........well then ................if he is so unhappy.....stop making everyone else unhappy.........................my comments are not unkind......merely telling Vic Matcham...to go and find his happiness......instead of making everyone else UNHAPPY....................not good....
The Gov......do not criticise me for expressing an opinion.....you do not do that to anyone else...
Thank you

Luckily we all moan at times (even The Gov
) if we did not life and this group would be very dull and probably cease to exist
Maybe when alexiatrade is as old as Vic and myself that person will have learnt how to comment without the need for rudeness.

Thank you for the back up,but the person does not read all my posts. I like Dover and have been here from 1942 many times I have said dover is on the way up.But I like the highlands and the wild life there. If I did not like this town I would have gone years ago and would not have served it ,over years I with the help of others have put on many events etc etc.

Apart from the pricey ferry crossing, the Isle of wight is a lovely place,we,ve been there a few times now and will go there again, definatley worth a visit.

Yes sir I agree with you as for the cost of the crossing yes that is a lot what we do is go to Warners for a weekend and coming with that is sometimes the total cost of the trip or half of it.

Going to try and drive up to Stoke or just outside it a place called talk that word is the right one for me
, I have not been to my eldest daughter house yet or seen the latest of our great grandchildren number 6.
It is a very long time from the last time we drove up there.
