If you knew what I know,we would both be in trouble!

17:5014559There may well be lots of movements over the next two years John, but not to do with elections - that's very cynical of you; it's more like the landownership problems get resolved and phase one gets started - sooner than you think I'm sure.
Not knowing the problems (or lack of) faced by other Towns/local authorities, I can't say why there seem to have been greater delays here; it may be due to them being given "Assisted Area Status" back in the middle-late 80's and Dover not wanting it - then.

i can remember someone saying that an officer called "orr" was against it.
surely the elected councillors would have made the decision though?
