Just an update, apparently it is the East Kent Hospitals Trust that funds the clinic and I have been advised to contact The Kent Link, which I am just going to do. Alternatively I can talk to the PALS.
EKH Trust funds the clinic with monies provided by Central Government, and which of course, come from us the taxpayer.
