Great to see some spring weather at last. What's truly noticeable in this glorious spring weather are the big skies. Instead of us being shrouded in low heavy cloud, we now have big wide expansive skies. Ah, isnt Spring lovely. I put one of these skies up on the old frontpage blog yesterday so take a look at that and here's another one..
...dwarfing the AIDA Stella.
You can see the strong breeze there reflected in the cloud formation, coming in from the south..
and very nice and warming it is too.
Another pic now of the AIDA Stella, this time departing as night fell last night.
Not great but gives the gist of the situation..
As I write the AIDA Luna is approaching. Making its way down along the White Cliffs as it were. So as we said previously these ships are coming thick and fast..some great marketing going on behind the scenes at DHB. see also the positive news press releases re the AIDA situation and the harbour performances in post 328 if you have missed them..Chris also has them on the frontpage.
