Button & Cap'n as far as I am aware co-teq has been highly successful and has let all its small office spaces, it still has some desk space in its shared workspace.
What we need is more of this sort of space in and around the town, as well as a more imaginative response to the travails of the high street including shared retail spaces, niche products etc.

Rather insensitive considering Stembrook is only as it is due to WW2 and many Dovorians being killed in the area by shelling :(

Nothing like the awful pictures coming out of Ukraine, no bombing no fires and no dead or injured.

Demolition is so 'last year'.
Glad to see they are employing a firm of 'deconstruction contractors'!

So, over a year later nothing has happened. Are there any plans to do anything?

After the 'Museum Quarter' and the proposed 'Creative Quarter' (just how many 'quarters' can you have in one whole town?) perhaps Stembrook could be renamed the 'Empty Quarter' complete with Omar Sharif materializing out of a desert mirage?

Any there any plans to do anything with this piece of land?
It's been 2 years since the site was cleared. I realise that is very short time for sites to be derelict in Dover.

I've seen people racing model cars there, very useful for that!

I heard rumours that someone is trying to start a Sunday bootfair there subject to approval.
