Sounds like a cross between Elizabeth Holmes and Sam Bankman-Fried. Waiting for a presentation to DTC, DDC or KCC seeking 'investment'?
They have already expressed interest in a bridge I happen to have for sale .........................

my concern is there is little substance behind any of his companies.
He is director of 6 active companies at Companies House,
1 of which is in voluntary liquidation with a deficit of £149k including owing Barclays £50k
1 has a worth of MINUS £96708
2 are worth £100k each but it is virtually all share capital held be him (so essentially worth nothing)
of the other two one has yet to file its 30/4/21 accounts
the other, Dover CItadel Ltd is late with its 31/1/23 accounts - its 22 accounts show
a net worth of £4.56m BUT this includes
Fixed Assets of £6.487m (after a revaluation reserve of £5.23m)
Bank loans of £2.347m
Its real value depends entirely on the market value of those revalued fixed assets...could be more, more likely to be less.
I would be worried if he is generating enough income to service the long term bank loans...

I saw him last night on Meridian and thought of the old expression 'I would not trust him any further than I could throw him'.

It seems to me to be a case of it is very easy to spend other peoples money, in this case the banks & a knock down price from the DoJ for the land (about 60% of what they advertised it at).

Wonderful news.
Perhaps it can be 'twinned' with the forthcoming opening of Manston Airport?

It is seemingly now up for sale at £10m as a job lot. Nice profit if they sell it!
