maybe vic has left already, the visitors lead at half time by virtue of an early goal from the penalty spot.

It was Rubbish,I was hoping they could win or draw as it is my 70th Birthday tomorrow I left with 4mins to go Dover 0.1 they were bad,,and again not fit. What can one say, they are Home on Saturday again but I will not be in Dover, and what the 800+saw tonight I am glad I will not be there.

I even had along wait for my chips and that was before the game, but they were Ok,and the mars bar.

In the 90 minutes as a honest unbiased view chemsford were the better side.
that said dover didnt help itself by playing long high balls most of the game easily mopped up by chelmsford.
dover had a few chances and the chelmsford keeper saved them on a couple of occassions with 2 great saves
and a few dover penalty appeals
but realy dover didnt deserve a point and have a lot of work to do if crabble is to become a fortress no one wants to come to.

In truth Dover were beaten by a better team, even though Chelmsford as a team never had a shot at goal other than the penalty which sorry to say was a stone wall penalty which was needlessly given.
I think it is unfair to say we were rubbish VIc, but you are entitled to your view. True we did not play well and certainly did not play like we did on Saturday but Chelmsford did their homework and never let us play and came away with a deserved win.
I do not know what it is that for some time now we can win away but fail to do it at home, but please do not say we do not give 100% because that is rubbish, tonight was down to Chelmsford being the better side on the night and not letting us play our game.
No I'm not happy, because I know we can play better but I will never be a stop away fan and will be back for more on Saturday.

Their keeper kept them in it as wave after wave of Dover attacks pegged them back, and there was the handball in the penalty box that everyone in the ground saw except the officials. The Chelmsford fans near me were really panicking for the last 20 minutes.

Mr Marin sir, you was not at the same match as we were.

And Harry What it you say to me before the match about the other team not coming forward and we will see them all 11 in just keep the ball out. I think you must have been on about Dover, and that £10 is looking very good at this time mate. But I do hope they play better at home and they get back to winning on Saturday, but they will have to play alot better then last night.

My £10 is still on Vic, seven games do not make a season.
I agree Chelmsford did not sit back like I thought they would and you have to give them credit, as I said they did their homework on us.
Happy Birthday and if I had known I would have put some flags on the buggy for you last night. Have a great day.

I think harry has summed it up that chelmsford were the better side on the night, and dover cant afford to many games like last night.
i don't think they would have scored if they stayed all night, it was a poor perormance in front of a home crowd.
of course they have played better(eastleigh) but the league will be about consistentcy to get in the top teams in the league,
over time we will see if dover can get to this level, so we will see after 10 games as harry says how dover are doing, at the moment they are falling short

home form continues to be a problem, defeat by the only goal of the game today.

I can not get my head round it, once again we gifted the opposition a soft goal while creating very little ourselves. I still think we will be up there at the end of the season but home form has got to improve and improve quickly.
Glad Vic was not there today, he would have swallowed his Mars bar in one when they were gifted the goal, that's if he had not already given up & gone home. If you read this Vic I may be getting worried about my tenner.

think after listerning to the dover managers interview, either hes selling us short, or he's not grasping whats going on.
dover were poor aganst chelmsford and sounds like the same again at home today 6 points gone.
dover cannot afford this to continue,
i hope they pull it round
