some handy hints for you mel.
a) try not to use your indicators too often, keeps pedestrians and other drivers on their toes.
b) when encountering a red light at a pelican crosssing remember that stopping is just one option.
c) always park as close to a junction as possible, makes things look tidier.
d) if the ash tray is full simply wind down your window and tip the contents onto the pavement.
the above should help you fit in locally in the event of you passing your test.
Thanks for the tips there Howard dont use ashtrays as dont smoke but where do i store the chocolate and make up ?

Good luck with the lessons Mel, you can do it, us women drivers can show the men a thing or two about good standards of driving

And don't forget the drivers way of reading. Pedestrian Zone means short-cut and free parking. Traffic lights are only there to annoy you. Pavements are for parking on. Yellow lines are a revenue booster to be ignored or argued over and white lines are only there to help you find your way in heavy fogs.
Politics, it seems to me, for years, or all too long, has been concerned with right or left instead of right or wrong.

Drive up the one way streets the wrong way,and when people flash you(no not that way) wave back or give the Victory sign, both are acceptable.I suggest the first lift is Vic !
If you knew what I know,we would both be in trouble!
Woohoo had a great day driving and im pleased to say i hopefully will be driving before christmas if not before !!!!!

would love to congratulate you mel, but for some reason i have mixed feelings.
on the plus side if you do veer up the pavement you could deal with the errant cyclists.
Lol im a good driver apart from the speeding which i must remember not to do!
