The Forum would be better off without personal insults.
NB.By using personal insults shows deficiencies, the need to be in control,be superior,
and masks and deny the users failures. -
You mean like calling people B N P .E D L

What might make a better Forum?
Learning as you go!
It is now possible to edit Thread Titles.
So that:
East need not remain 'Esat'
Weston Super Mare need not remain 'Mere'
Calls need not remain 'Calles'
And 'Selling of the post office' could become Selling off of Royal Mail.
I'm just saying.
And yes, one could, if one wished, make a note of the fact that a Thread title has been 'corrected'.

Ignorance is bliss, bliss is happiness, I am happy...to draw your attention to the possible connectivity in the foregoing.

I have just seen the heading it must be taken off now this is a family forum and it is very wrong to keep this one on ,And if this was put on by a UKIP supporter this will cost them votes, mine will be the first.

Ah yes...not making much sense to anyone who didn't see it. The topic title was changed to something very inappropriate.

I missed the title change but if it was bad enough for Chris to change it I hope the person responsible was given a formal warning.

I try to be neutral and polite but it is hard and getting even more difficult at times.

can i just add to what chris has said and ask people to either use the "post report" or even better e mail chris and myself as soon as they see it, not much use posting on the thread.
luckily chris came online shortly after it happened as i wasn't planning to look in for at least another hour.

It wasn't a post as far as I was concerned it was the thread title. I was under the impression that it wasn't possible to edit the title once it had been started. Is there a way of knowing for certain who was responsible?
