i am guessing that it is on the london road, right hand side leaving dover.

Yes, I work next door.
I can not remember how long that scaffolding has been there but it seems to have been for months and months. The short term tenants that Terry mentioned have moved over and down the road.

not actually sure peter will have to accept you are correct.
i was standing on the footpath leading to capel, the fence and undergowth was so high i just stuck a camera over the top and clicked.
