I believe it is the new bungalow built by the guy who owns the Restover guest house in Folkestone Road - it's on the piece of land next to the Norman Guest House. That's George's Mazda in the driveway.

That tower is situated at the beginning of the Prince of Wales Pier, and is variously known as the clock tower or bell tower, and once was a port church for travellers.
