This looks suspiciously like one of the chimneys on top of my abode at Victoria Park.
Our flat is the one with windowboxes outside the four windows and there is a chimney on the far right of the photo which appears to be similar in design to the one in Scotchie's photo. I am going to have a guess that the photo was taken further along the building and from the street side.
