That pub the red lion well I had a house up Kingsdown rd on the freedown, and in my younger days I was a drinking man and the red lion was where I done it,I was going into Hospital for avery long time it ended up about two years anyway I said to my wife I going to have a fairwell drink down the Lion and I had so much to drink they had to take me to the hospital from the pub,I could not even stand up so I was told but that wayback in 1966.

Don't kow the name, but it's off Dover Road in Walmer and there are some tennis courts over that hedge on the right of the picture...
