Thanks Chrissi, as youngsters we had no other distractions like all the modern day gadgets so we spent a lot of time outdoors exploring, which years ago was a safe environment for children. We spent many hours climbing the Warren cliffs up into Capel too and of course the fact that I was born in Folkestone helps.
I expect your childhood memories of Deal are still quite vivid too.
