Yes Vic, but I would say its taken from the upper car park which overlooks the lower car park, and yes Howard - a beautiful evening here in South Norfolk, as it is today, the birds providing "natures soundtrack" is only interrupted by the ice chinking in my G&T!

I should have taken it from the entrance to the building where the car parks were not visible, trouble is once I had walked down a set of steps I couldn't be bothered going back, too hot.
The building is in the Hythe vicinity.
