27 August 2015 18:47285587Just a comment on 12715. Those street lights in Folkestone must be the most inefficient in the country. Those reflectors are filthy. They could do with some of those that are being fitted in Cannon Street and Biggin Street.

- 27 August 2015 20:09285593I noticed that Terry, much as I love Folkestone, Shepway district council have a lot to answer for. Don't go there over the weekend as by late Saturday the litter bins have overflowed and by Sunday morning there is rubbish everywhere. The bus station has to be seen to be believed. Anyway correct Stu, now one in Folkestone that requires the unlikely but correct spelling.
