It's Varne Ridge Holiday camp Howard. I think some of the Channel swimmers stay there as the owners Evelyn and David are very supportive and fantastic hosts too. It has mobile homes to the rear for rent.
Just looked on Google - they are heavily involved with channel swims - it's the recommended accommodation for the swimmers and their support teams. (hope that's not cheating only I was interested to know myself)
