    not very impressed paul, the shops shut at around 5 pm like they do in dover.

    i seem to remember that mr beano did raise the subject of parking charges via the press, but,more importantly, not in the council chamber when the budget was being set.

    if i am wrong on this, i will apologise fulsomely.
