I've just got my £100 winter fuel allowance. How far will it go I wonder? Answer, not very.
At least we are told that the energy companies must cut down on the number of confusing tariffs they have. Will that help? I doubt it.
Now, how many candles can I buy?

Power companies whinging today that reducing the number of tariffs will put the overall costs up.
Nationalize them, that's what I say! (and the railways)

I notice Tom that under "Top Tips" it says "Say goodbye to that old boiler". If I did I could have that £200 all to myself!

If you owned a large wind turbine you'rd get something in the region of £300, 000. It's not free money you know we all pay for it in the end.

I'd love a wind turbine, and solar panels. Sadly my house is deemed (or even damned) as grade 2 listed.
