    Paul - it is better if the promoters contact DDC as said in the original posting on this thread.

    We are facilitating and assisting and I would hate for someones events not to be listed either because we don't know about them or they have mentioned it somewhere else.

    Take your point Howard but we need to look as broad as we possibly can - District wide.
