Howard
'said he had shot the African animals as part of a sanctioned cull by the management of an animal reserve he visited' if so what's the problem?

We have only his word for that, when someone on his website asked which animal reserve and who gave the order he deleted the website!!
The fact of watching his grinning face standing over the victims and his admission that he killed his daughter in law's pets while his granddaughter was seriously ill in hospital confirms that he is a bona fide 100% back passage.

Totally agree Howard, just when you think there's no good news - a story such as this comes along!

You would have to be either seriously thick or totally bigoted to believe there was any justification for this sort of self-gratification at the expense of innocent and beautiful wildlife.

I wonder if there will come a time when people rich in money and spare time but bereft of brain cells will realise that the vast majority of people despise them.

A ranger I met said: some people think that rhino horn is an aphrodisiac; ok, so why don't they just chew their own fingernails - it would be much cheaper, quicker and safer, kind to rhinos and have exactly the same effect?

There should be no gloating at any animal death, cull or not. The death of an elephant should not put a smile on his face. It should bring a sense of sadness
