    Charlie has bought a piece of land adjoining his (£825k) house in St Margarets from DDC for £1000, one or two local politicos are up in arms.

    Not for a moment am I suggesting any wrongdoing but are these people stupid?

    Who decided the price? Who else could tender? Who's idea in the first place?

    At a time when DDC are trying (haha) to be transparent this is another example of rank bad judgement that will come back to haunt them. Whenever there is perceived good news the usual suspects from DDC are all over this forum, I'm interested to see what they have to say about this.
