The trouble with Trump is you can't believe a word he says as he either exaggerates or changes his stance or says it was fake news.

Trump asks the question of why would Russia want to meddle in a US presidential election. Someone should explain to him that is in their interests to have a dipstick in the White House.

"Mr Putin reiterated that Russia had never interfered in US affairs."
Does that mean the Russians no longer have spies in the USA?

Forgetting the politics, Brian, that is such a beautiful piece of music. The Kenny Ball version contains the most amazing trombone fart that you could ever wish to hear. Bill Barnacle (late lamented) with his fellow musicians used to play in The Louis from time to time. I could spend the rest of my day listening to that.

While in Russia Trump said what Putin wanted to hear, now home he changes tack and says what the USA wanted to hear, which version he believes goodness only knows.
Yet again he speaks without thinking through the consequences, surely he is a ticking time bomb.

He might as well say, "The swans fly low over Moscow in May." !

Getting back literally on topic: "The Fake News Media is going CRAZY! They are totally unhinged and in many ways, after witnessing first hand the damage they do to so many innocent and decent people, I enjoy watching. In 7 years, when I am no longer in office, their ratings will dry up and they will be gone!" - from Mr Trump's Twitter account. Doesn't mean it's true, though.

These sanctions are hurting ordinary Iranians badly which gives their Government an excuse to attack US interests.

This will end in tears like most trade wars.
"China announces new tariffs on US goods
Newsflash: China has announced it will impose retaliatory 25% tariffs on $16bn of US goods.
Beijing’s commerce ministry says it has been forced to retaliate to America’s “very unreasonable” levies on $16bn of Chinese exports (announced last night)."

How long will it take before people really understand what a danger to the world Trump is? And even if they do, could anything actually be done about it?

The leader of the free* world.
(*Free unless you include tariffs and sanctions that is.)

we do not have free trade, that's the point Trump is highlighting.
China is one of the biggest offenders in blocking a fair and level playing field in trade? and it is one of the biggest abusers of its workforce .
