My personal opinion
No different to other villages, jus people trying to get along on low wages ,
Vilified in the press for being an ex mining community, and tax out of there local club and pub by bad governments.

mining communities are different in that they are communities in themselves, always out to help each other
of course I note keith b change of tack that this is no longer UKIP opinion but is his own

You say about Joe
Some years back the job centre was harassing Joe to send in some job applications forms.
So they gave him one for marrly roofing ,
So on this form it says ,have you ever been a member of a trade union ?
So Joe fills it in saying yes , the C B I , the law society, and some other rich mans organisation .
Then on the form it says,, attach a passport sizes photo of your self,
So Joe cuts out a picture from a porn mag of a lady's bottom , and send the form of to marly.
3 week later, Joe gets a letter saying. Sorry unfortunately you have not been successful on this occasion du to the fact,,, your an ass hole.

Let me explain as I have many times before
Those that say they have no interest in politics do not have to post/take part in them
and can enrich the forum with a whole variety of other subjects if that's there choice.
One thing I wont do is allow one party to dominate a forum
this forum suffered from it with the tories some years back, and we see UKIP doing the same now
Im not saying they are wrong, as this one of many vehicles political parties are able to use
but they will get replied to

Peter it would take more than the bullying and rude comments from the Three Stooges to do that.
It is just a shame that within the last couple of years or so the quality of postings have deteriorated and as a result this once excellent forum is gradually loosing its good reputation.

but I post now as iv always posted, my style hasn't changed.
I do avoid abusive comments, but will disagree if the need arises
Like Reg says,, if howard is saying im a problem let me know how and ban me
I don't feel iv done anything that breaks any forum rules(iv checked again)
if your saying I shouldn't disagree with posters sorry I thought that's what the forum was about differences of opinion
Funny really because in my early days on the forum when the dominated it, I felt the same way that some may be feeling now, but I continued, even with the flak thrown at me.
Of course in general terms I will say again, the forum is made up of many differing viewpoints, and long may that continue
my fear with the latest outbursts is an attempt to silence some of us
