I will not be there (life is to short

) but I hope someone asks our Labour candidate how they are going to pay for everything Labour promise in the leaflet that came through my door today.

Hi Jan. We got asked lots of good questions last night, but not the one you posted. This is a helpful breakdown of the last manifesto's cost / income prediction breakdown:

I enjoyed last night. Diverse views and some good, detailed questions. Thanks to Keith for organising.

Charlotte,
I have sent you a message on your f/book page
Last night I believe showed the political parties are a long way from convincing people that they should vote, and the need to be involved in communities all the year round.
I do thank you (and the other 3 parties) for attending, it was a shame UKIP didn't take up the opportunity.
We can only watch and see now whether or not the 4 parties take up this challenge over the next year.

These figures have been shown by various organisations, (including the IFS) to be wildly optimistic at best and plain incorrect at worst and is simply not implementable. But Jezza says so go with it so the gullible lap it up without giving it another thought.
What it does guarantee is vastly increased public borrowing, in the hundreds of billions over 10 yrs, but dont worry Corbyn is unelectable so ipso facto are labour.

Old standards.I was brought up to look smart and speak correctly. My Mother and Grandmother changed their clothes when chores were done. They never had much money but standards kept.If I was interviewing those people I would not be impressed. You don’t have to have lots of money to look smart.

So long as someone is clean and tidy I do not care what they look like, I prefer people to feel comfortable and relaxed.
Thank goodness the days when appearance counted far more than ability are (hopefully) long gone, sensible and practical clothes should be the norm.

What is the connection between stringing a sentenance together and a person's appearance Sue?

30 years ago I looked to become a councillor on my first official visit around the priory ward, the Labour party chair advised for me to dress up to walk around the ward, sharing Sue's vision.
people around the ward were more concerned about what I had to say and how I can help and I did after that dress down more as people wondered why I had suddenly dressed up
