  The big difference that you seem not to understand Keith is that "Farage" ( ie. UKIP ) would not keep on dishing out the dosh that we no longer have to countries that don`t deserve it, unlike Dave, where it always seems that a bottomless pit of money appears in order to provide unlimited funds for our "friends" overseas. Ed, I`m sure, would be as equally idiotic should he get the chance. They would both rather do that for some odd reason and let our own people go without.
  
  I always remember a couple of years back when my mother came out of hospital after a major op. for cancer and whilst recovering at home the district nurse(s) came in daily to change bandages and check on a drain that she still had attached to her. They did a smashing job of course although under some pressure. But the strange thing that struck me was that they sometimes had a bit of a problem trying to dress the wound properly and had to improvise with bandages not actually up to the job. The reason that they had to that apparently was that the bandages that should have been used "cost too much so we don`t have any"!
  
  I expect that we could all think of similar situations equally bizarre and wonder what the hell`s going on with the people supposedly running our country. I realise of course that a certain amount of foreign aid is simply a "sweetner" for trade etc., but not all of it surely?
