The couple reported missing from a cross-Channel ferry early on Monday have been found safe and well in Belgium.
Officers from Kent Police say they are confident they've located the two people, a man and a woman aged between 20 and 25.
The alarm was raised when the couple did not get back on a coach they had travelled on when the Pride of Kent ferry arrived in Calais. A nine-hour search, involving three lifeboats, two helicopters, and another plane and two ships, was called off after nine hours.
Police are now in the process of confirming their identities after managing to talk to both of them on the telephone in Belgium.
