The third Young Musician of the Year competition - organised by Dover Rotary Club - is to be held at Dover Town Hall on Saturday, March 24, 2007 but there are changes in the rules.
Entry into the competition is being widened to allow young people to take part from any school in the Dover district or if they live in the Dover district, including Deal, Sandwich and the villages.
The organisers have also decided that the competition this time will be for instrumentalists only and not vocalists.
