Local residents have been invited to have a cup of coffee 'on the house' to celebrate the re-opening of Dicken's Corner in the Market Square.
Following a refurbishment of the premises, owner Ian Black says that whilst the charm and character of the building has been maintained, there is now a modern, fresh ambience, with more space downstairs and a breakfast bar at the front window, overlooking the Market Square. Customers will be able to enjoy freshly made sandwiches, baguettes, light bites, drinks, superb service, and much more, in a more contemporary setting.
Invitations to the Mayor and local dignitaries have been sent and the re-launch is expected to attract a lot of attention, both from established customers as well as newcomers. The launch is scheduled for 9.30am on Saturday 21 April and local residents are invited to come in for a complimentary coffee after the official opening. The offer is open to Dover residents and will last for the duration of the day.
