Police investigating an arson at a barn in Nonington on 5 December 2006, in which four horses were killed, have charged a 16-year-old boy from Elvington.
He has been charged with Arson and four counts of causing unnecessary suffering to an animal and is on bail, to answer before Folkestone Youth Court on Tuesday 10 April.
Four youths were arrested in connection with the enquiry, three of whom (two aged 16 and one aged 15) were released without charge.
