As part of ongoing work to make sure they are addressing key housing issues for the future of the district, Dover District Council has developed a new strategy - and your views are sought.
The draft Housing Strategy aims to identify the key issues and set objectives for DDC and its partners that will make a real difference to local people. Priorities include delivering housing growth and more affordable homes, improving the condition of existing homes, and enabling vulnerable people to access quality housing and live independently.
Copies of the draft strategy can be seen at www.dover.gov.uk or at DDC offices. Comments can be emailed to andrew.baker@dover.gov.uk, or for more information, see the website or contact 01304 872223. The closing date for comments is 18 June 2010.
