Treasured memories from childhood and a range of colourful displays, toys and games will feature in a special exhibition for all the family, which opens at Dover Museum from Monday 26 September.
The 'Our Childhood Past' exhibition includes an Edwardian nursery, a Victorian classroom, a display of children's clothes through the ages, a display of toys and games, and a collection of Hornby models and a train layout. It also includes a number of toys and games for children and adults to have a go at, including a large Scalextric set on loan to the Museum. The exhibition has been put together by Dover Museum and Dover Museum Youth Group, and Hornby.
