Police officers investigating reports of a teenager with a knife in Dover are appealing for witnesses to come forward.
On Saturday 8 June, Kent Police received a report that a 17-year-old boy had a penknife shown to him in Pencester Road, Dover, shortly before 4.55pm.
The 17-year-old said he was threatened with the weapon by a group of young people near a bus stop before managing to run away and alert police.
The group consisted of four young people, all described as white and in their early to mid-teens.
One male member of the group is described as approximately 16-years-old, wearing a red and black bobble hat, grey jumper, and tracksuit bottoms.
A second boy is described as around 14-years-old, shorter than the first male, with short ginger hair, wearing a brown jumper, grey tracksuit bottoms and white trainers.
Two girls were also in the group - one described as around 15-years-old and of large build while the second is described as approximately 14-years old, medium build, wearing black flip flops.
Anyone who may have seen the penknife or have information about the group from the time of the incident is asked to contact Kent Police on 101, quoting crime reference number ZY/15886/13.
