Officers are appealing for information following a collision on Jubilee Way in Dover.
Police were called to the two vehicle collision in Dover just before 8.30am on Monday 29 July.
The incident involved a black BMW 316 and a grey Volkswagen Fox.
A man, aged 48 and from Deal, who was travelling in the BMW and a woman, aged 19 and from Deal, who was travelling in the Volkswagen were both taken to William Harvey Hospital with injuries thought to be serious. They have both been discharged from hospital.
The road was closed while emergency services dealt with the incident and while the vehicles were recovered. It was fully reopened by about 11.20am.
