A 16-year-old Dover boy has been charged with attempted robbery and a firearm offence after an incident at the Asda store in Charlton Green, Dover, on Thursday 27 June.
The boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, is due to appear before magistrates in Folkestone on Wednesday (3 July 2013) to face the attempt robbery charge and that of having a firearm with intent to commit an offence.
Staff at the store reported at 8.30pm that youths causing had been causing problems in the shop and a handgun had been seen.
