Do you want to make a change to your life for 2013 - if the answer is yes then Dover Gateway and NHS Health Trainers are there to help you with a special Gateway event providing a range of help and advice for local residents.
Gateway, working with its partners, is holding the event at Dover Discovery Centre on Tuesday 16 July from 10am to 1pm. Health advisors will be on hand with help and advice, and there will be a range of partners attending to provide a variety of help and support for residents, including advice on how to shop and cook on a budget.
Partners attending the events include Adult Education, Citizens Advice Bureau, Disability Drop In Centre, Family Mosaic, Health Trainers, Kent Supported Employment, the charity MCCH, the Children's Centre and East Kent Housing.
