Police have released an e-fit image of a man they want to speak to in connection with an incident in Dover.

A woman has reported that she was walking with her three children on The Banks - between Noah's Ark Road and Coombe Valley Road when a man walking towards them took hold of one of the children's wrists.

The mum pulled the two-year-old girl back towards her and pushed the man over, shouting at him and he then ran away. It is unclear what the man's intention was but police want to trace him and talk to him.
