Officers in Barton Road, Dover intervened with a 15-year-old boy on Friday morning (14 March 2014) who was wanted for breaching court bail conditions. He was arrested and transferred to court.
A 14-year-old boy who was with him was arrested for allegedly obstructing the police officer who was arresting the 15-year-old. He was charged with Obstructing a Constable in the execution of his duty and released on bail to answer before Channel Youth Court on 15 April.
