Two teenagers from Deal are due to appear before youth courts in Folkestone after police officers were called to a disturbance in Crabble Avenue, Dover on Friday night (14 March 2014).
A 15-year-old girl is to appear to answer allegations that she assaulted two police officers by punching them and assaulted a third when she spat at her as she was being searched.
The teenager, who is also charged with obstructing a police officer, has been released on bail on the condition that she does not get drunk or consume alcohol in a public place. She is due to appear before magistrates on 8 April.
A second girl, aged 17, was charged with allegedly breaching the condition of an Anti-Social Behaviour Order imposed in May 2013 that she should not be drunk. She is due to appear before magistrates on 22 April 2014.
