A man is to appear in court charged with rape following an incident in Dover.
A woman in her twenties told Kent Police she was raped in Pencester Court, Dover, at around 4am on 25 December 2014.
Georgel Cornel Hirjanu, 25 years old, of no fixed address was arrested in Romania.
He was charged yesterday (Thursday, 19 November 2015) and is due to appear in court today.
Another man, 21 year old Tudor Tofoi, was convicted of rape in July in relation to the same incident.
