A man from Dover has been sentenced to 56 days in prison, suspended for 12 months, after pleading guilty to shoplifting.
On 8 December 2016, Liam Patrick O’Connor, 43, of Effingham Crescent, Dover, stole two bottles of rum worth £32 from a supermarket in Bridge Street.
He must also pay £85 costs and a £115 victim surcharge.
