Officers attending a report of an altercation in De Burgh Street, Dover, in the early hours of Saturday (15 April 2017), arrested a man on suspicion of assault.
Grant Ernesto Moore, aged 19, of no fixed address, was subsequently charged with assault and appeared before Canterbury magistrates yesterday (Monday, 17 April 2017).
He was remanded in custody to appear at Thanet Magistrates’ Court on Thursday.
